Tenseien is the largest Tenseien in Neyumoto. It is the first facility in the area to operate 23 hours a day, and the appeal of the inn lies in the flexibility and convenience of being able to combine not only overnight stays, but also day trips, dining, wellness, and event hosting, as well as the reasonable price system.

The "Rooftop Sky Open-Air Bath" with the Hakone mountains as a backdrop is especially popular among tourists. The large bath, about 17 meters long, is filled with high-quality private hot spring water that wells up on the premises. Azumaya also has a round bath with free-flowing hot spring water. It has an outstanding sense of openness. The sense of unity that seems to connect the water surface to the mountains and the expanse of the sky can only be experienced here. No matter when you visit, you can enjoy the natural hot spring water while feeling the fresh air and nature of Hakone. The private hot spring water can be enjoyed in the spacious large bath for both men and women, in the private baths that can be used by families and couples, and in the 23 rooms on the 5th floor with free-flowing open-air baths. After enjoying the natural hot spring water, head to one of six healing areas, including aromatherapy, Balinese, Thai massage, and Korean-style exfoliation. Another attraction of Tenseien is the wide variety of wellness menus available to help you get in shape.

Tenseien Sauna

There is a dry sauna in each of the large public baths for men and women. There is also a mist sauna.

Tenseien open-air bath

Azumaya has a circular stone bath with natural hot spring water. It is especially beautiful on days with light rain or snow.

One of the features of the guest rooms is that there are many "connectable rooms" available, which allow guests to freely move between two adjacent rooms. In addition, the "Japanese-Western style" rooms are the size of two rooms and feature two private spaces with two sinks and two toilets. There are also "universal type" rooms that anyone can use with peace of mind. This is why the hotel is popular with guests with children, couples, girls' parties, and three-generation families.

For both dinner and breakfast, you can enjoy a buffet of freshly prepared dishes from the live kitchen and seasonal flavors. The live kitchen corner offers freshly prepared dishes such as tempura fried right in front of you, freshly made sushi, and teppanyaki, while the buffet offers all-you-can-eat Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine and sweets. At the breakfast buffet, new menu items such as your own seafood bowl, "Tamadare tofu" and "Shirasu bowl with an arrangement" are also very popular.

Tenseien Breakfast and Dinner Buffet Seafood Bowl We want you to enjoy the buffet to the fullest not only in the evening but also in the morning, so we offer an all-you-can-eat seafood bowl. You can choose your own fresh seafood and enjoy your own original seafood bowl.

The beautifully maintained natural garden is known as a famous spot in Hakone Yumoto, and is a place where you can feel the essence of Hakone and the history of Tenseien, with places such as Tamaren Falls and Hien Falls, which are associated with poets such as Yosano Akiko and Ogiwara Seisui, and Tamaren Shrine, the only branch shrine of Tenseien Shrine. It is also known as a power spot. Within the garden, there is a teahouse with a foot bath where you can enjoy the view, making it a great place for a stroll. There are also many "photogenic spots" that you will want to post on social media.

Tenseien Gyokuren Shrine Tamasudare Shrine was founded in the Edo period. Known as the shrine for the god of matchmaking, it also has special heart-shaped votive plaques and fortune-telling slips.
