The surprise comes the moment you enter the room. You will be taken aback by the grand panoramic view of the Sea of Japan that suddenly opens up before you. This is a stylish touch that can Isagoya be achieved at Isagoya, where all rooms have an ocean view. The view of the sea sometimes creates a fantastical world where there is no boundary between it and the sky. This state is called "Mukyou," and the "Mukyou" suite, which opened in April 2023, offers a happy time spent gazing at the sea showing its "fleeting expression" while being deeply soothed in a space with the finest furnishings.
The three newly created suites are filled with an artistic sensibility. They all have a common feature: a living room with a panoramic view, an open-view bath with a natural hot spring that lets you enjoy the famous springs of Oshu Sanrakugo from the comfort of your own home, and a Japanese-style room, but the layout, interior decoration, and atmosphere vary. The "Terrace Suite" comes with a viewing terrace and walk-in closet, while the "Stay Suite" comes with unique facilities such as a mini-kitchen with microwave, laundry with drum-type washing machine, and work desk, allowing you to select the suite that best suits your needs.
In addition to these three rooms, there is the ever-popular "Japanese-style Suite" with a natural hot spring cypress panoramic bath, bringing the total number of suite rooms to four. The chairs and sofas are made from designer furniture, making the rooms extremely comfortable. In addition to these, there are seven other popular types of guest rooms, including the two-room wide deluxe twin room and the stylish Japanese-style twin room.
The Japanese-style twin room features comfortable beds and was renovated and reopened in March 2022.

The baths are the Ginsui-no-Yu stone bath overlooking the magnificent view of the Sea of Japan with Yunohama Beach below, and the Gesui-no-Yu garden bath overlooking the waterfall. Each bath also has two open-air baths, which can be enjoyed on a rotation basis. You'll surely be enchanted by the sunset as you soak in the hot springs that will warm you to the core.
The open-air Ginsui-yu bath overlooks the Sea of Japan as it is dyed in the evening glow.
We highly recommend the reservation-only "High Private Spa Sazanami." The sophisticated space is equipped with a cypress barrel bath, a minibar where you can enjoy champagne, and sofas, allowing you to enjoy the ocean view while bathing in the music. The synchronized sounds of the waves and the water, and the time spent surrendering yourself to the music, are truly the ultimate in luxurious relaxation.
The private bath "High Private Spa Sazanami" features a cypress barrel bath and a relaxing living room with audiovisual equipment.
The menu is themed around seasonal ingredients and is perfect for gourmets. The most popular dish is the Shonai Hamakaiseki, which features an abundance of bounty from the Sea of Japan. The rich flavors of the best seasonal ingredients, such as winter cod, cherry salmon, blackthroat seaperch, rock oysters, Spanish mackerel, squid, and crab, are brought out using a variety of cooking methods. You can also try the autumn specialty potato stew made with Shonai pork miso and inland beef soy sauce. You should also try the Rosanjin Rosui Zen, served in a Rosanjin tray. Enjoying a delicious meal while gazing out at the ocean in the afterglow at Saryo Tsukioka, a dining room with a Rosanjin gallery, is also particularly memorable. You'll want to order some local Shonai sake as well.
