Tsukioka Onsen is known as "the beauty bath with a sulfur scent and emerald green color." The source has the second highest sulfur content in Japan, and is loved by many women who say that bathing in the spring makes their skin smooth and warms the body from the inside out. Seifuen's bathing area includes an indoor bath with the scent of sulfur and cypress, and an open-air bath called "Tsukioka Yu Koro" that overlooks a Kyoto-style garden. Separate baths are available for men and women.

There are a total of 18 types of guest rooms at "GENJI Ko", which opened on the 90th anniversary of the establishment, Suehirotei, Miyabi-tei, and Heian-tei. Many of the rooms have been renovated in recent years to dramatically improve comfort, and in March 2023, two Japanese-style rooms will be renovated into one room to create the "Deluxe Japanese Modern Simmons Bed" with two twin bedrooms, allowing families or groups of four to share the beds. The twin rooms have separate entrances, and by closing the door to the living room, they can be quickly transformed into two private spaces. Another feature is that many of the rooms at Suehirotei, Miyabi-tei, and Heian-tei are equipped with Simmons beds.

"GENJI Koh" has seven luxury rooms named after the names of the fifty-four chapters of the Tale of Genji and Kumiko motifs: Miotsukuri (Miotsukushi), Dragonfly (Dragonfly), Kocho (Butterfly), Hanasachi (Flower-scattering Village), Hanaen (Flower Banquet), Kagabi (Bonfire), and Beniume (Red Plum). Each room is filled with the traditional Japanese wisdom of healing and hospitality symbolized by the art of incense, and features a view bath overlooking the rural landscape of Satoyama, a private dining room, and "Serta" beds, the top-selling brand in the United States, which are being used for the first time in an inn. The only suite with an open-air observation bath is a large space of 103.25 m2 that can accommodate up to eight people, perfect for two- or three-generation family trips or anniversaries. There are also pure Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and a stylish bedroom renovated from a tea room, making for an exceptionally elegant stay.
