Keizan Rokkasen

The open-air rock bath "Rokkasen" has steam rising from the bath in a rustic setting. You can enjoy the comfort of our own natural hot spring water that is good for your skin.

About 90 minutes from Shinjuku by Chuo Line express train. Keizan is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Isawa Onsen Station and boasts a variety of facilities that are among the best in the prefecture. One thing worth noting is the wonderfulness of its own hot spring source. In February 2024, Pola Orbis Holdings scientifically analyzed and certified the hot spring with a "Beautiful Skin Hot Spring Certificate," and it was certified as a "Barrier Oasis Hot Spring" that utilizes the skin's natural moisture-retaining power and can keep skin moisturized and healthy. You can enjoy this skin-beautifying hot spring water in the fullest, with two spacious large baths and a large open-air bath equipped with an elegant cypress bath and a rustic rock bath. With multiple private hot springs, there is an abundance of water. Men and women alternate between baths, so you can enjoy all the baths.

Keizan Public Bath "Hanano"

The large bath "Bihada no Yu Hanano" is next to "Rokkasen". The spaciousness and the plentiful hot spring water will relax you.

Keizan Cypress Bath

The large open-air cypress bath, Hanahino, has rocks and stones cleverly arranged in an elegant atmosphere.

Of the four guest rooms, Kashun-tei, Kakan-tei, Kashu-tei, and Kato-tei, the most popular is the Shokyakuden, a room on a high floor with an open-air bath where you can enjoy 100% natural hot spring water without adding water or heating at any time without any worries. There are 20 rooms in total, mainly Japanese-Western style, including Japanese-style rooms and Western-style twin rooms. Of these, 14 rooms are semi-barrier-free with no steps and come with low-rise beds. There are also 16 rooms with smoking rooms. In 2023, a new room called Wa will be available, where you can enjoy both an open-air bath with 100% natural hot spring water and a full-fledged loyly sauna. The space is extremely comfortable, with a living room, a Western-style room with a low-rise bed, a Japanese-style room, and a smoking room. It is the perfect place to relax the body and mind along with the skin-beautifying effects of the hot springs and the "totonoi" effects of the sauna.

A selection of delicacies that can only be found at an inn that takes pride in its cuisine. Music inspired by Fuurinkazan and Keizan Taiko drums.

Keizan Steak

The steak pairs beautifully with Koshu wine.

This inn takes pride in its cuisine. We highly recommend two of Keizan original course meals, which go beyond the concept of inn cuisine. One is the steak kaiseki at "Gyu Teppanyaki Dokoro Sen," which offers a choice of three courses with a total of 10 dishes, with Koshu wine beef sirloin, Koshu beef sirloin, and Koshu beef fillet as the main course. The other is "Itamae Kappo Sho," which is only open in the evening. The chef prepares live fish right in front of you, and you can choose from three courses, Matsu, Take, and Ume, for a total of 10 dishes of seasonal kaiseki, with sashimi and piping hot tempura. You can enjoy a gourmet time with your loved ones. In the regular plan, you can choose from a wide variety of dishes, including Keizan Kaiseki, Yakuzen Kaiseki, Yuba Zukushi Kaiseki, and Shabu-shabu Nabe.

In the evening, the Keizan Taiko Show begins. The inn staff play original music that evokes the stillness and movement of Fuurinkazan, and the sound resonates deeply in the heart. Enjoy the beauty-enhancing hot springs, the delicious food that Keizan is proud of, the unique atmosphere of Kai Province, and the attentive hospitality of the landlady and other staff members... A truly fulfilling holiday in Kai is here.
