Away from the busyness of everyday life, facing yourself and your loved ones... Bourou NOGUCHI Noboribetsu offers irreplaceable time and space for adults like you. The design concept is "Japanese modern," a fusion of sophisticated modernism and a calm Japanese style, creating a comfortable and extraordinary atmosphere for any relaxing occasion.
There are five types of guest rooms, all with a panoramic bath that draws on Noboribetsu's sulfur springs. The Executive Suite on the top 10th floor is a luxurious 100m2 twin room overlooking Noboribetsu Onsen, and is fully equipped with massage chairs and high-quality amenities. Premium benefits include check-in on a private floor, free use of the private rock bath, and room service for breakfast. The luxury suites, also 100m2, come in two types: a twin room with a panoramic view of Noboribetsu Onsen, and a one-room Japanese-Western style room. All suites have a private layout that allows you to enjoy the charm of a ryokan, and comfort has been pursued down to the smallest details, such as the panoramic bath being spacious enough to stretch out and soak.
The Luxury Suite occupies a generous 100㎡ of space. Natural light pours in through the large horizontal windows, offering a panoramic view of Noboribetsu Onsen.
The large public bath combines stylish design with natural beauty. The straight lines seen in the window frames are designed to make the garden scenery look like a painting. The design allows you to enjoy an artistic view at eye level as you immerse yourself up to your shoulders in the milky white sulfur spring, a symbol of Noboribetsu Onsen Onsen. The open-air bath is free-flowing from the source. You can enjoy the clear air and the breath of nature while also looking at the starry sky and refreshing dawn. After your bath, head to the relaxation floor. There is also a completely private aromatherapy esthetics room and bedrock bath for couples, where you can experience an exceptional feeling of refreshment.
The stylish large public bath "GENSEN" is designed to allow you to enjoy Japanese gardens that change with the seasons.
Dinner is a collaboration between Japanese and French cuisine. Enjoy a Japanese-Western kaiseki meal that combines the Japanese concept of "subtraction," which cuts out unnecessary things, with the French concept of "nouvelle cuisine," which incorporates new things. The dishes bring out the best in the ingredients, making it truly blissful. The special ingredients include brand beef raised in the rich natural land, extremely fresh sashimi landed in various places, and kettle-cooked Yumepirika. In spring, when the bounty of the mountains and the sea is all in season at once, in summer, fresh and juicy vegetables add color, in autumn, when ingredients are most abundant, and in winter, when livestock and seafood become fatty... The specially selected ingredients that change with the seasons are a feast for the eyes and the tongue. You can also request pairings of food and alcohol. You can enjoy a menu that combines Japanese and Western styles even at breakfast, where three types of wake-up drinks are available.
The hotel offers a lounge with a view of the world of sunlight filtering through the trees, a bar that is open until midnight, and the Noguchi Library, which features a collection of mysteries set in Hokkaido, all of which create a high-quality experience. This is a hotel where the "space speaks." It is a private space for adults who have been running through life.
The Noguchi Library features an owner's library that displays books read by the owner, Noguchi Hideo, and a Hokkaido local mystery library that features mysteries set in Hokkaido.
