"Take no Sauna" has opened, adding a special charm to the acidic spring water straight from the source.
Azumakan for its rare "free-flowing acidic spring water." The spring water, which is drawn 950m from the source near the crater of Mt. Adatara and drawn 8km down a single pipe, has a pH of 2.48 and contains 153.5mg of metasilicic acid, making it a beauty bath. The silky softness of the water and the refreshing feeling after bathing are rare experiences. Enjoying this wonderful bathing experience in the rock and cypress open-air baths, which give the feeling of forest bathing, and in the spacious large bath is truly luxurious.
In addition to the appeal of the acidic springs, "Take no Sauna", which was renovated on the 7th floor, the top floor of Toogi, in the summer of 2023, is currently attracting a lot of attention. The saunas are the "Sky Sauna" with its spectacular views and the "Mountain Sauna" with its two barrel saunas. The "Sky Sauna" overlooks the "real sky" of Adatara and is a space filled with curves and the scent of wood, and the heater uses "iki" which radiates heat 360 degrees. You can enjoy a powerful self-loyly sauna with a large number of sauna stones. The "Mountain Sauna" is equipped with two barrel saunas (barrel-shaped), where you can meditate while looking out at the forest. You can also choose loyly oil from Rento.
"Mountain Sauna" The barrel sauna, where you can enjoy the space, is set to 80°C at the back and 70°C at the front.
Moreover, the cold bath is an infinity cold bath that blends into the sky, there are chairs with a spectacular view for outdoor bathing, and the sauna lounge is equipped with a dedicated server for draft beer and sour drinks. There are no other saunas with such a full-scale specification at an inn, and even enthusiastic sauna fans are surprised. The sauna club floor, which opened in 2022 and has added four rooms, including a Western-style twin room with a sofa bed and a Western-style double room, can be used for overnight stays, day trips, or private use.
There is a "breathtaking view relaxation chair" on the deck where you can feel the breeze.
Meals are enjoyed at the natural buffet restaurant "Shokusaisai Yuinoichiraku." Dinner features over 50 different dishes, including freshly prepared dishes from the live kitchen, creative cuisine, and local flavors. For breakfast, try the koshihikari rice from Otama Village, freshly baked bread from the on-site bakery, and the famous squid carrot. In January 2024, the complex "Dake Peak" will reopen after renovation. It will feature "Sauna Soppi," the third Metos store nationwide specializing in sauna goods, a gift shop and cafe stocking fermented foods from Fukushima, a bakery, and an unparalleled "foot bath fireplace," showcasing the inn's further appeal. The major renovation of the facilities and services is astonishing.
