The eastern Aenokaze" was written about by the Man'yoshu poet Otomo no Yakamochi when he visited Noto. In Noto, this wind that comes from the sea is said to bring good catches, good harvests, and happiness. The inn will bring you a happy travel time as you entrust your thoughts to this wind. Inside the inn, you can entrust yourself to the refreshing hospitality, relax while looking out at Nanao Bay and Noto Island, enjoy the hot springs that have been gushing out for over 1,200 years, and get drunk on delicious food and wine for an exceptionally fulfilling stay.
The unique rhythm of the three stages, jo, ha, kyu, and the gestures and movements of the players according to the mask. The drums resonate deep within the body, and the powerful dance will take your breath away... Dinner in the private dining room "Hanamai Saryo" or "Theater Dining Kyo" is a luxurious time while enjoying the "Gojinjo Taiko Show". The meal is a creative cuisine that combines traditional Japanese cuisine with Western and Chinese elements. As the saying goes, "Noto is gentle and even the soil", you can enjoy a wide variety of delicacies, including the freshest seafood and seasonal vegetables from Aenokaze and Kaga. It is a time to applaud the hospitality that is unique to Aenokaze.
The dishes are a Aenokaze of seafood and Kaga and Noto vegetables. You can feel the traditional cooking techniques and undying passion for food that Kagaya has inherited (one example).
The inn consists of two buildings, Higashi no Kaze and Nishi no Kaze. Most of the guest rooms have an ocean view. On the top 9th floor of Higashi no Kaze is the luxuriously spacious barrier-free Royal Suite Connecting, with three windows facing the sea offering a view like a painting. Another attraction is that the rooms can be connected to accommodate large groups. The Japanese and Western-style Luxury Suites overlooking Nanao Bay and the Bay Suite, an all-flat room that is wheelchair accessible and stress-free, are also popular.
Enjoy a relaxing time while looking out at Nanao Bay. The "Azuma no Kaze" building offers five types of guest rooms.
The hot spring relaxation is dynamic. A large, all-glass-walled bath, one of the largest in Wakura Onsen, and an open-air bath where you can relax to the sound of waves and calm breezes await. The clear water that comfortably envelops your skin is a gift from the ocean in front of you, having filtered through crystals in the granite on the seabed. Inside the facility, there is a drinking corner where you can enjoy 100% natural spring water, as well as a jacuzzi and sauna. Next to the large bath, there is also a relaxation space where you can enjoy massages and body care. If you love hot springs, we recommend a tour of Kagaya's hot springs, with shuttle buses included.
◎Due to the effects of the Noto Peninsula earthquake, Kagaya is closed for the time being. Please check the Kagaya official website for future information.
