Guests can enjoy a variety of delicacies that can only be tasted here, such as local specialties Murakami beef, salted salmon, high-quality blackthroat seaperch, exquisite abalone raised in rough seas, and Iwafune koshihikari rice cooked on the spot, either in their rooms or at the ocean-view main dining room Nami no Hana or convention hall Kaioh. Murakami beef steaks, teppanyaki, shabu-shabu, sashimi boat platters, and live-grilled abalone can also be ordered. At the breakfast buffet, guests can enjoy a variety of dishes made with local ingredients while gazing out at the sea. The ever-popular dish is curry with Murakami beef.
