On the eastern side of Mineyama Green Park in Takamatsu City. Hanajukai is also known as the "flower inn" surrounded by seasonal flowers. In addition to the tranquility, you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Seto Inland Sea and its countless islands in the five suite rooms with natural hot spring panoramic baths at Kanyukan, which opened on the top 9th floor in 2021. These popular rooms are always in demand.
The inn's best room is the Setonaikai Premier Suite, a 124m² triple-bed Japanese-Western style room. It offers a spectacular view of the Setonaikai, also known as the Aegean Sea of the Orient, with its beautiful islands, the national historic site of Yashima, and the beautiful city of Takamatsu, all in one panoramic view. The living room with its views in two directions and the observation bath overflowing with hot spring water are special seats. The unobstructed view and the vast expanse of the sky will also make you feel at ease. There are two suites, the 61m² Yashima Suite and the 59m² Island Suite B, each with two rooms. When the evening glow comes, the dramatic light, sea, and island silhouettes unfold in full view. Everyone will be enchanted by this blissful moment. It is also worth mentioning that you can enjoy private in-room dining.
The modern "Island Suite" comes equipped with a dining table, low-rise bed, and tatami-mat living room.
Other rooms where you can enjoy natural hot springs include a corner suite with a cypress-scented panoramic bath, a Japanese-Western room or Japanese-style room with an open-air rock bath carved into a natural monolith, and a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath with a boat-shaped bath. In April 2023, a new room with a natural hot spring open-air bath, the "Premium Semi-Suite," will open. It is a comfortable space with a Sealy bed and a terrace with a wide view. You can enjoy the twinkling night view of Takamatsu city and the sunrise while soaking in the soothing hot spring... Such a luxurious time will be realized.
The "Premium Semi-Suite with Open-Air Natural Hot Spring Bath" opened in April 2023.
The inn's hot spring is a sodium bicarbonate spring that is known for its skin-beautifying effects. You can enjoy this excellent spring to the fullest in the "Large Bath Hot Spring" and the "Panoramic Observation Large Bath" that overlooks the Seto Inland Sea and Takamatsu city. Stretching your limbs and soaking in the water gives you a sense of relief. The hot spring at the inn is really great. It removes dead skin cells, so you can feel refreshed after bathing. In the sky lounge at the back of the lobby, there is also a natural hot spring foot bath where you can enjoy the spectacular view, which has been selected as one of the 88 scenic views of Shikoku.
In the Kojiki, Sanuki Province is called "Iiyorihiko." It is also written as Ii-Kami or Ii-Ten-Kami. At the restaurant named after the place, which has an open kitchen, you can enjoy a variety of dishes that are made with local ingredients, mainly from Sanuki, the land of gourmet food. You can also take a seat in a private room and enjoy the exceptional flavors.
