Gero Onsen springs. Suimeikan, a hot spring resort inn along the Hida River, has large public baths in each of its buildings: Rinsenkaku, Sansuikaku, and Hisenkaku. All of the large public baths are available to guests, and the smooth, beautiful water is highly rated.

At Rinsenkaku's "Shimodome no Yu," you can enjoy a view of the Japanese garden from a cypress bath. The ceiling, walls, and pillars are also made of cypress, giving off a gentle woody scent. Both men's and women's sauna rooms are also available.

Sansuikaku is equipped with an open-air bath and an indoor bath surrounded by greenery and huge rocks. If you look up at the sky from the open-air baths "Ryujin no Yu" (for men) and "Kannon no Yu" (for women), you can see the starry sky of Hida.

The large observation bath on the 9th floor of Hisenkaku has glass windows that overlook the hot spring town and the Hida mountains, allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view while bathing.

Rinsenkaku also has a private bath and a bedrock bath. The bedrock bath uses natural minerals such as bakuhan stone and lava stone, allowing you to experience relaxation.

The hotel says that guests who want to visit each bath can check the congestion status of the baths on the TV in their rooms and on monitors in various places around the hotel, which is "very popular among guests who want to visit each bath." It's great to be able to see at a glance when the baths are available!
