The hotel's directly managed winery, "The 997 Katsunuma," will open in Katsunuma Wine Village, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, in 2022. The hotel's sommeliers, chefs, and restaurant staff cultivate and harvest grapes in the hotel's own fields and then meticulously brew the wine.
The original wines are served at each of the hotel's restaurants, which offer teppanyaki, a Western-style half-buffet, Edomae sushi, and more, allowing guests to enjoy pairings that perfectly complement the food.
Tasting your favorite bottle in the lounge
The lounge is equipped with a wine dispenser, allowing you to taste wines selected by a sommelier at any time (fees apply). You can find a bottle that suits your taste, whether it's white, red, or rosé.
Wines are available at the Wine Village and also at the gift shop in the hotel, so you can purchase your favorite bottle as a souvenir.
