The hotel has welcomed local tea farmers as its "exclusive tea masters," led by two tea masters: Kitano Shuichi, the third-generation tea farmer of Kitano Tea Garden, and Tanaka Hiroshi, the third-generation tea farmer of Tanaka Tea Factory. They personally prepare and serve the precious tea to guests, and also hold "tea ceremonies" to teach the culture, history, brewing methods, tasting techniques, and pairings of Ureshino tea with sweets.
All guest rooms are supplied with 100% natural hot spring water.
