The rankings for this year's "Top 100 Hot Springs in Japan" have been decided. The hot spring rankings are chosen by votes from travel professionals such as travel agencies and OTAs.

Kusatsu Onsen(Gunma Prefecture) took first place for the 23rd consecutive year, while the second and third places were swapped from last year, with Gero Onsen(Gifu Prefecture) in second place and Dogo Onsen(Ehime Prefecture) in third place.

Also making it into the top 10 is Awara Onsen(Fukui Prefecture), which jumped from 23rd place last time to 7th place.
