The attraction is the food
The cuisine is prepared with a variety of themes, incorporating brand-name ingredients and seasonal flavors.

Dinner begins with the inn's homemade aperitif and is a kaiseki course meal created by the head chef using carefully selected fresh seasonal ingredients. A different theme is prepared eight times a year, such as budding new leaves, a cool breeze across the lake, burning autumn leaves, and snow-capped Fuji. The dishes painstakingly created by the experienced head chef are visually stunning, allowing you to enjoy a gourmet meal just like you would at a traditional Japanese restaurant. The shabu-shabu made with Koshu's famous wine pork is served on a daimono (table-style dish). It is soft, juicy, and full of flavor. The inn apparently purchases as many as 350 of these rare wine pork heads a year.
For breakfast, enjoy a well-balanced buffet of Japanese and Western cuisine at the restaurant "Therme," which overlooks Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji. As you'd expect from a fruit kingdom, the fruit is also delicious.
Whenever you come, you'll be greeted by a spectacular view of Mount Fuji that can only be found here.
