"Demon sauna" and hot springs, high-end guest rooms, and gourmet food unique to Noboribetsu Guest House...
The story of a blissful journey begins.

"Oni Sauna" is supervised by professional sauna user Dai Matsuo, known as "Totonoe Oyakata". The exterior of the sauna room is made of rocky surface resembling the cliffs of Jigokudani. Living up to its name "Oni", the sauna room is set to a high temperature of 110 degrees, and the auto-loyly style sauna can only be experienced here.

Noboribetsu Grand Hotel Hotel has been nurturing its 87-year history as the elegant "Noboribetsu Guest House." It is known for its chandelier-filled lobby, refined hospitality, and European atmosphere with fine cuisine, but a new facility and service has been born that overturns that image: the "Oni Sauna."
This is a full-fledged auto-loyly sauna with the concept of "making the sauna and three hot springs (salt springs, iron springs, and sulfur springs) the main attractions."
It is a huge refreshing zone with a rugged exterior reminiscent of an ogre's lair, an auto-louver sauna set at 110 degrees, a cypress water bath using stream water from northeastern Noboribetsu as a "cold bath" and a hagama bath which allows for alternating cold and hot water baths, a wooden deck as an "open-air bath" space, and an open-air rock bath filled with sulfur springs.
The two large Roman-style baths, where visitors can enjoy the three spring qualities, have also been newly equipped with an 80-degree self-louver sauna called "Seiryu." These have been renamed "Hozuki no Yu" and "Rindo no Yu," and are incorporated into the healing story.
While feeling the intense presence of the "oni" (demon), the symbol of Noboribetsu, you can enjoy auto-louver and self-louver and be deeply soothed by the water and wind of Noboribetsu.
And so, "the demon becomes balanced."

The attraction is the food
A high-quality space and authentic gourmet cuisine that only a hotel that has welcomed distinguished guests can offer

The main dish for the dinner buffet is a steak made from Shibecha Town's "Starry Sky Black Beef" (one example).

Further enhancing the sense of relaxation are the sophisticated spaces of the South Wing's new guest rooms and executive floors.
The South Wing Comfort Twin Room is a high-quality, relaxing space with a calming interior, natural-toned furniture and Simmons beds. The Executive Floor offers two luxurious types of rooms: a suite with a cypress-clad artificial spring panoramic bath and a twin room. Depending on the plan, you can enjoy a kaiseki dinner in the modern Western-style dining room or a sukiya-style dining room, as well as a Japanese or Western-style breakfast.
Both dinner and breakfast are served buffet style, with the chef preparing the food right in front of you. Enjoy authentic Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, each carefully prepared using ingredients unique to Hokkaido, a treasure trove of food. New to the menu is the steak made from domestic beef, Shibecha Town's "Starry Sky Black Beef", which is also proving to be popular.
The lively grill corner, the chefs' demeanor and performances that stimulate the five senses... Here you can see the pride of a hotel that continues to welcome many distinguished guests from both within Japan and overseas.
In 2024, the homemade "handmade Baumkuchen" will be certified as a Noboribetsu brand recommended product. Makes a great souvenir. At the newly opened authentic cafe "Yukara," we recommend the beef stew and Baumkuchen brulee, made with recipes that have been used since the store's founding.
