Located on the southeast corner, this "special room" has the best view of the valley from its wide windows. It is a 15-tatami Japanese-style room with a bedroom and lounge. It is also highly functional, with massage chairs and other amenities.

Nikko Senhime Monogatari is located in a special scenic spot, just a five-minute walk from the World Heritage sites of Toshogu Shrine, Futarasan Shrine, and Rinno-ji Temple.
Located on the "Hokushin no Michi" road that connects Edo, Nikko, and the Big Dipper, it is also extremely popular as a base for touring power spots.
This inn is also filled with feminine kindness. Many people visit on mother-daughter trips or girls' trips, and the staff treat female guests with the utmost hospitality, calling them "princesses."
There are nine types of guest rooms available. All rooms are spacious and overlook the natural beauty of the Otani River, and are filled with the beauty of traditional Japanese style.
The "Japanese-style twin room with semi-open-air bath," which was created in 2022, becomes a completely open-air bath when the window is fully opened, and the spacious 15-tatami space is equipped with twin beds, making it very comfortable. The rooms, which are designed with women in mind, such as the special rooms with airweave beds (limited to a limited number of rooms) and the Japanese-Western special rooms, also create a princess-like feeling.
For women, there are a large public bath and an open-air bath where you can enjoy alkaline simple spring water that is known for its skin-beautifying effects, the "Thermae Mist Sauna" where super-fine water droplets moisturize the skin and hair, and a silky bath. For men, there are two types of saunas: dry and mist.

The attraction is the food
Kaiseki cuisine featuring the specialty yuba and branded wagyu beef

Image: Shabu-shabu

One example is shabu-shabu made with A5 rank beef, the highest grade among Japanese Black beef that has been painstakingly raised in Tochigi Prefecture.

Dinner is a specially selected kaiseki meal made by the head chef with a focus on locally produced ingredients. The basic dish is the "Senhime Gozen" made with seasonal ingredients and Nikko Yuba served in a Kyoto-style stew, but you can also choose the "Special Kaiseki Meal" which upgrades the main course to shabu-shabu made with A5-rank Tochigi Wagyu beef.
The monthly "Seasonal Artisan Kaiseki Meal" is a dish that the inn is proud of, featuring locally produced seasonal ingredients, Japan's best quality Ebiya-made Yuba, and A5-ranked Tochigi Wagyu beef.
All meals are made with Nikko Anshin Rice (Koshihikari), a specially cultivated rice grown by local farmers with reduced pesticides and no chemical fertilizers.
For breakfast, you can enjoy soy milk tofu made from Nikko's delicious water and domestic soybeans, cooked at your table.
The facilities and hospitality give off a premium feel, making this an inn that is beneficial not only for female guests.
