The open-air bath "Shinzui-no-Yu" in "Niwa-no-Yu" is loved by many people, including those who come for medical treatment.

Misasakan is a castle-like, purely Japanese-style hot spring inn built along the clear waters of the Mitoku River.
You can enjoy bathing in, inhaling, and drinking the world's most radioactive spring water, which flows directly from the source.
There are 12 baths in a 3,000m2 garden. The tranquil "Niwa no Yu" is equipped with an open-air bath, a ceramic tub bath, a cypress bath, an indoor bath, and a waterfall bath. There are also Misasa Onsen, the "Taki no Yu" which surrounds the hot spring source and includes an open-air bath and cypress open-air bath where you can hear the sound of a waterfall, and an indoor bath which is one of the largest in Misasa Onsen. There is also a private open-air bath with the largest open-air bath and cypress open-air bath in Sanin, a foot bath, and a place to drink the spring water.
The main building's five popular rooms are modern Japanese-style rooms with private open-air baths on the terrace and indoor baths with a view, all with natural hot spring water. In July 2024, the "Bettei Rin" will be opened, a revival of the "Hanare Rin" that was built in the mid-Showa period, while still taking advantage of the charm of the beams and pillars.
This maisonette is a spacious 120 m2 space with a modern Japanese design and an open-air terrace bath.
There are four guest rooms, each designed to represent one of the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. In the garden, azaleas and yamabuki trees represent spring, camphor trees and fir trees represent autumn leaves, and black wooden walls and cedar moss represent the tranquil atmosphere of winter. The summer garden is a rock garden created by Shigemori Kando, the eldest son of Shigemori Mirei, creating a refreshing atmosphere.
