A private space for adults to enjoy irreplaceable time.
A relaxing Japanese modern space designed with attention to detail.
Get away from the everyday and face yourself and your loved ones... Borou NOGUCHI Noboribetsu offers irreplaceable time for adults and an extraordinary space based on a modern Japanese concept.
There are five types of guest rooms, each with a panoramic bath that uses Noboribetsu's sulfur springs. The "Executive Suite" on the top 10th floor is a luxurious 100m2 twin room overlooking Noboribetsu Onsen, and is equipped with massage chairs and high-quality amenities. Guests can also enjoy special perks such as check-in on a dedicated floor, free use of the private rock bath, and breakfast room service.
The "Luxury Suites" are available in two types, a twin room with a panoramic view of Noboribetsu Onsen Onsen, and a one-room Japanese-Western style room. Both suites have layouts that evoke the charm of a traditional Japanese inn, and the panoramic baths are spacious enough to stretch out and soak in, creating beautiful spaces that pursue comfort down to the smallest detail.
The Luxury Suite occupies a generous 100㎡ of space. Natural light pours in through the large horizontal windows, offering a panoramic view of Noboribetsu Onsen.
The large public bath has straight window frames that allow the garden view to be likened to a painting. It is designed so that you can enjoy the artistic view while soaking in the bathtub. The open-air bath is a natural hot spring. You can enjoy the breath of nature, the starry sky, and the refreshing dawn. There is also a completely private aromatherapy salon and bedrock bath that can be used by couples, where you can experience an exceptional feeling of refreshment.
The stylish large public bath "GENSEN" is designed to allow you to enjoy Japanese gardens that change with the seasons.
Noguchi Bunko features an owner's library that displays books read by the previous manager, Noguchi Hideo, and a Hokkaido local mystery library that features mysteries set in Hokkaido.
The attraction is the food
Dinner is a collaboration between Japanese and French cuisine. You can enjoy to your heart's content a "Japanese-Western kaiseki meal" that combines the Japanese concept of "subtraction," which strips away all unnecessary elements, with the French concept of "nouvelle cuisine," which incorporates new elements.
The dishes, which bring out the best in seasonal ingredients, are truly exquisite. The special ingredients include brand beef raised in the rich natural environment, sashimi made with extremely fresh seafood caught all over Hokkaido, and Yumepirika rice cooked in a kettle. In the spring, when the bounty of the mountains and the sea is all in season, in the summer when fresh and juicy vegetables add color, in the autumn when ingredients are most plentiful, and in the winter when livestock and seafood are fatty... The specially selected ingredients that change with the seasons are a feast for the eyes and the tongue.
You can also request a pairing of food and drink, and the breakfast menu includes three types of wake-up drinks, and you can enjoy a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine.
Inside the building, there is a lounge that evokes the world of sunlight filtering through the trees, a bar that is open until 11pm, and the Noguchi Library, which has a collection of mystery novels set in Hokkaido, creating a quality time for adults.
This is a hotel where the space speaks for itself. It is a private space for adults who have been running through life.
ZERO is a bar that offers seasonal pickled liquors, original cocktails, snacks, and more.
