The attraction is the food
Enjoy the exquisite flavors of seasonal ingredients in a kaiseki (traditional multi-course) meal that fuses Japanese and Western culinary concepts.

Dinner is a collaboration of Japanese and French cuisine. You can fully enjoy a "Japanese-Western Kaiseki" meal that fuses the Japanese concept of "subtraction," which strips away unnecessary elements, with the French concept of "nouvelle cuisine," which incorporates new elements.
The dishes, which bring out the best of seasonal ingredients, are truly exquisite. The carefully selected ingredients include brand-name beef raised in the rich natural environment, sashimi made with exceptionally fresh seafood caught throughout Hokkaido, and Yumepirika rice cooked in a traditional pot. Spring brings a bounty of mountain and sea delicacies; summer brings vibrant, fresh vegetables; autumn is the most abundant in ingredients; and winter brings the fattiest livestock and seafood... Seasonal, specially selected ingredients delight both the eyes and the palate.
Food and beverage pairings can also be requested. Breakfast, which includes a complimentary morning drink, features a menu that blends Japanese and Western styles.
Inside the building, a lounge designed to evoke the world of sunlight filtering through trees, a bar open until 11 PM, and the "Noguchi Library," which stocks books and paperbacks related to Hokkaido carefully selected by the former chairman, Hideo Noguchi, create a sophisticated atmosphere for adults to enjoy a refined experience.
This is a hotel where "space speaks for itself." It's a private space for adults who have lived their lives to the fullest.
