Located in Hakodate, a Hakodate steeped in foreign culture and Taisho-era romance, Boro Noguchi Hakodate offers a sophisticated Japanese modern space with stylish design, creating a luxurious holiday experience for adults.
The hotel offers three types of guest rooms designed to cater to various travel styles. The 'Maisonette Suite,' boasting a luxurious 120 square meters of space, is sure to transport you to an extraordinary experience.
Based on the concept of staying as if you were living there, the hotel features a minimalist, linear design that eliminates all unnecessary elements, while comfortably furnished with sofas and twin beds designed to induce restful sleep. It also boasts a spacious hot spring bath with a view.
Also located on the 11th and 12th floors is "Wa-Modern," a room that skillfully expresses the Taisho Romanticism that permeates Hakodate. The guest rooms are available in both Japanese-Western style and Japanese-style. The space, adorned with stained glass and retro furnishings, evokes a sense of nostalgia while also possessing a timeless newness.
Perfect for solo travelers is the 30㎡ "Solo Guest" room, equipped with a sofa and a double bed. Choose between a Japanese-style room with Ryukyu tatami mats or a stylish Western-style room with a rain shower – both promise an exceptional travel experience.

Dinner is a seasonal Japanese-Western kaiseki (multi-course) meal based on the concept of "local beauty and bounty," incorporating and arranging many carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido and Aomori.
The table is laden with dishes that showcase the delicious flavors of seasonal ingredients in their finest form. The menu features various place names from southern Hokkaido, making you feel as if you're traveling through the region on your plate. We also highly recommend the "pairing set," which allows you to enjoy the perfect match of carefully selected alcoholic beverages with your meal.
Breakfast is a chance to enjoy the hotel's signature dishes, primarily Japanese cuisine, at your leisure.
Enjoy the hot springs at the panoramic open-air Yunokawa Onsen.
During the day, you can gaze upon the ridgeline of Hakodate and the planes taking off and landing at the airport, and at night, you can admire the starry sky and the fishing lights of the Tsugaru Strait floating in the darkness. It is truly a blissful time. After your bath, you can cool down in the sky salon, which seems to float in the starry sky, while enjoying one of Japan's three best night views and free drinks such as sparkling wine. The hotel also offers other spaces that feel like adult hideaways, such as an ethereal cafe overlooking a Japanese garden, a bar with an impressive long single-slab counter, and a tea room.
What the hotel seeks is a modern spirit within nostalgia. The "Hakodate Chishin" space presents this concept.
