Located in nostalgic Hakodate, where foreign cultures and Taisho era romance hang in the air, Borou NOGUCHI Hakodate offers a sophisticated Japanese modern space with stylish design, creating a luxurious holiday for adults.
There are three types of guest rooms that cater to various travel styles. The luxurious 120㎡ "Maisonette Suite" will take you to an extraordinary time.
Based on the lodging's concept of allowing guests to spend their time like they're at home, the linear design has been stripped of all unnecessary elements, and comfortable sofas and twin beds that invite a good night's sleep are spaciously arranged in the room. There is also a spacious hot spring bath with a view.
Additionally, on the 11th and 12th floors is the "Japanese Modern" room, which skillfully expresses the Taisho era romance that permeates Hakodate. The guest rooms are either Japanese-Western or Japanese-style. The stained glass and retro furnishings give the space a sense of nostalgia yet a timeless newness.
The 30㎡ "Ohitorisama" room, equipped with a sofa and a double bed, is perfect for solo travelers. The Japanese-style room with Ryukyu tatami mats and the stylish Western-style room with a rain shower promise a superb trip.

Dinner is a seasonal Japanese-Western kaiseki meal based on the concept of "land, beauty, and blessings," and made with many carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido and Aomori.
The table is lined with a variety of dishes that bring out the best in the flavor of seasonal ingredients. The menu features various place names from southern Hokkaido, making you feel as if you are traveling on a plate. We also highly recommend the "pairing set" that allows you to enjoy the pairing of selected alcoholic beverages.
For breakfast, you can enjoy a leisurely meal of the hotel's signature dishes, mainly Japanese cuisine.
The hot springs can be enjoyed in the Yunokawa Onsen.
During the day, you can gaze out at the ridge of Mt. Hakodate and planes taking off and landing at the airport, and at night, you can gaze at the starry sky and the fishing lights of the Tsugaru Straits floating in the darkness. It's truly a blissful time. After your bath, you can cool down in the Sky Salon, which seems to be floating in the starry sky, while enjoying one of Japan's three greatest night views and free drinks such as sparkling wine. Inside the building, there are also spaces like an adult hideaway, such as a mysterious cafe overlooking the Japanese garden, a bar with an impressive long counter made of a single board, and a tea room.
The hotel aims to create a breath of modernity within nostalgia, and the space of "Hakodate Chishin" presents this.
