We recommend the Ocean View Room, the only room in the hotel with a balcony, at AQUASQUARE. Also, on the Excellency Floors on the 15th to 17th floors of the Tower Building, there are four types of Japanese-Western style Excellency Rooms and the 120m2 Excellency Large Room, both of which offer spectacular views.
The hot spring is located on the 5th floor of the Tower Building, and is a large observation bath overlooking the city of Atami and the sea, called "Umibo no Yu." At the private open-air bath "Excellency Spa," available exclusively to guests staying on the Excellency Floor, you can choose from three types of bathtubs, each with a motif inspired by Atami's abundant nature.
Dinner can be chosen according to the plan. You can enjoy a buffet with 60 types of Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes at the restaurant "HARBOR SW" on the second floor of AQUASQUARE, the sky restaurant "TOP OF ATAMI" on the top floor of the Tower Building, and creative kaiseki cuisine at the Kappo restaurant "Koubaitei."
