Hospitality for 130 years. Asaya's concept is based on the pride of being the best long-established inn in Kinugawa and absolute confidence in customer service. The facilities and services are unparalleled, with the hope that "all customers will leave satisfied."
Everyone looks up in amazement at the large atrium space that is filled with crystal brilliance. It reigns supreme, housing a variety of public facilities. The buildings that house this space are "Shuhokan" and "Hachibankan." A stay full of dreams and impressions begins here.

The highest open-air garden in Kinugawa Onsen. A large bath with careful consideration for women.

The highest point in Kinugawa Onsen is the "Floating Garden Open-Air Bath" on the 13th floor of Shuhokan. The feeling of freedom as you bathe in the hot spring, which is gentle on the skin, while being soothed by the vast expanse of the sky and mountain scenery, is bliss itself. If you lie down in the bath, you will feel as if you can reach out and touch the stars and moon in the sky.
Shuhokan also has large public baths for men and women equipped with a sauna, while Hachibankan has a large men's bath with an indoor bath, open-air bath, and sitting bath, as well as a large women's bath with a reclining bath, nano-mist sauna, and silky bath, so you can enjoy the feeling of visiting different baths.
The large bath is equipped with a shampoo bar and shower head bar. The hairdryers have been updated to Dyson and ReFa brands. For skin care, be sure to check out the Asaya hot springs' original cosmetics "A3 Premium Series," which contain skin-beautifying ingredients and plant-derived ingredients, available at the gift shop. You can expect firmer, more moisturized skin.
On the second floor of Shuhokan, there is a private bath named "Kissho Uchide no Kozuchi no Yu" (Lucky Mallet Bath), where a mallet is placed at the spout so that guests can go home blessed with good fortune. There is also a bedrock bath featuring ceramic balls made from sintered hot spring deposits from Tamagawa Onsen in Akita Prefecture, which play a role in promoting family interaction and health.
